    Welcome to the Shared Practices Podcast! This week our guest is Dr. Graham Dersley. Graham is a practicing dentist in Churchton, Maryland. This is a unique episode because George and Graham discuss and analyze a sample practice. They give the listeners an inside look of how buyers should be looking at potential practices.     Graham Dersley studied at Columbia University. He also completed a 3-year residency in Prosthodontics at the University of Maryland. Dr. Dersley is the Co-Founder of Practice on Fire.  He is a prosthodontist who has experienced the real world trials and tribulations of purchasing, starting up and managing multiple practices.  He currently owns and operates two startup practices in Maryland and his clinical focus is on dental implantology.  He has experienced practicing in a variety of settings, including high end fee for service and high volume medicaid.
