    Welcome to back to the Shared Practices Podcast! This week we are introducing our new co-host of the podcast, Dr. Jonas Ashbaugh. Jonas is a practicing dentist who completed a startup in Jacksonville, Florida. In this episode, Jonas tells his startup journey from learning everything he could about Startups (while still in the military), demographics, construction setbacks, hiring and training team members and many more important things that he learned throughout the process! We are very excited to have Jonas as our co-host for Season 3. He brings so much knowledge and experience to the podcast!     Dr. Jonas Ashbaugh is a general dentist with passion for life, family and dentistry. Dr. Ashbaugh graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology. He then moved his talents and family to Columbus, OH to become a Buckeye and received his DDS in 2012. Following graduation, Dr. Ashbaugh spent four years serving as an officer in the U.S Army and providing dental care to our soldiers traveling home and overseas.
