After practicing dentistry for 16 years, a near death experience with my older son landed him in the hospital for 29 days. I had time to contemplate on life and realized I wasn’t doing my life’s purpose. I sold my dental practice and in September 2018, walked away from the dental chair. I was talking with one colleague on how I was able to walk away and how I positioned myself financially, getting my house payment down to $24.19. He asked me to help him with paying off his new house. What I thought would take 4 years only took him 8 months. So I mentioned it to a different acquaintance and he wanted help as well. With his financial position, I told him he could be debt free, if he chose to, in under 6 months with access to plenty of cash.  I soon realized this is my calling as there are so many more people I can help take control back of their finances and put themselves in a much safer position by engineering how cash flows through their personal life. Hence, I am reborn as Howard Polansky, the CFO- the Cash Flow Optimizer.
