Dr. Napeñas is Founder and CEO of 5DH Capital, a real estate investing firm that helps dentists and professionals build wealth and earn passive income so they can live on their own terms.  An oral medicine specialist, his career has been in hospital based practice, teaching and mentoring residents as a residency program director, published academic and researcher as associate professor for Wake Forest School of Medicine, and medical director and department chief at an academic medical center. Having mentored dozens of residents over a 20+ year career, he currently teaches and mentors colleagues in all phases of their career on practicing with purpose aligning with their values, financial wellbeing, and investing and wealth building, so they can live and practice on their own terms. A speaker at national meetings and podcast guest, in addition to having published or being editor of over 40 articles in peer reviewed journals and textbooks,  Dr. Napenas’ clinical and scientific interests are on the topics of oral medicine, TMD and orofacial pain and the dental management of patients with complex medical conditions. Outside of clinical practice and academics, his interests and expertise are in investing, Real Estate, personal finance, and personal and career development and well being, educating, teaching, presenting and mentoring on these subjects to colleagues to institutions across North America.
