Show Notes

In this week's episode of the Associates on Fire Podcast, we have the author of DentalEase and CEO and founder of Denco Construction, Steve Anderson. Steve began his construction career in 1984 and founded Denco Construction in 1997. During his career, he has helped over 1,000 dental professionals build or remodel the office of their dreams. Every dentist out there knows that specialization in their field is important, and Denco Construction has embraced that completely by building out a team of individuals dedicated to building and remodeling dental practices; and it’s through these years of experience in dental that provided Steve the knowledge and expertise necessary to write a book as comprehensive as DentalEase.   In the book, he goes through every step that a dentist will endure during their career from start to finish. He raises important questions that need to be answered and defined during each step along the way and provides helpful real-life case studies for context. I was particularly impressed with how the book was able to demystify the world of architecture, design, and construction, especially within the context of dentistry.
