Andrew delves into his history as a Dental Hygienist, and the experience of going to hygienist school at the same time as his brother. He reflects on important female mentors he’s had, and the impact they’ve had on his career. The two additionally discuss the importance of mentorship and building up women to be the leaders of tomorrow.
