Dr. Diana Pelzer is a board-certified pediatric dentist in Waukee, IA.  She served as an associate and in dental public health before opening her own specialty private practice in June 2020, The Nest Pediatric Dentistry.  She serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at The University of Iowa and trains dental assisting students in her private practice. Dr. Pelzer is a wife, mother and helps others by sharing her experiences: purchasing and developing commercial real estate designing a unique, modern office and brand hiring, firing, coaching and encouraging an ever-evolving team using creative marketing to build loyalty and make super fans delivering exceptional experiences with customer service and communication Dr. Pelzer launched her dream practice despite obstacles (timing! staff shortage! PPE! a freaking pandemic!) and is an open book about her successes, failures and incredible journey.
