In this episode, Anne Duffy is joined by Jessica Martin. Jessica is a licensed school psychologist, and dental consultant. She owns Martin Management, and co-owns Martin Dental.
Anne and Jessica discuss the process of making the dental experience as comfortable as possible for patients. Some of these practices include giving the patient space to discuss what they may be nervous about, and even bringing in objects such as a weighted blanket or a warm towel wrap. Jessica delves into the benefits that this work can have, and how it can set one practice apart from all of the rest.
