Let's talk dental trauma!

Likely one of the scariest moments for most dentists is when a trauma case calls you (after hours usually) and needs you to help put them back together.  Join us for this week's show as we discuss dental trauma and best practices for managing those cases for patients.

Rebeca Weisleder, DDS, MEd, is the chair and clinical associate professor in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She earned a DDS from the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City and earned a masters in education from the University of Houston. She later received a certificate in endodontics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Weisleder is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. She has been involved in academia since 1990 and has delivered numerous presentations both nationally and internationally. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontics and the American Dental Education Association. Her research on endodontic diagnosis and treatment of young permanent teeth has been published in leading dental journals..
