If you aren’t sure where sleep dentistry fits into your practice, Dr. Erin Elliott can help! A few years back Erin added OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) treatment to her practice and began changing lives. She’s very enthusiastic about it and can help you decide how you might incorporate this important new treatment into your practice! She’ll be teaching a two day workshop on dental sleep medicine with Dr. Tarun Agarwal in Raleigh, NC on April 1-2, 2016. For more information you can check out the website or text “sleep1” to 44222!
The Dental Hacks podcast has never featured dental hygiene on the show before, but in episode 86…that all changes! We interviewed Andrew Johnston and Michelle Strange of “A Tale of two Hygienists with Michelle and Andrew.” These two hygienists have had a myriad of experiences including working in public health clinics, being a periodontal surgery assistant, teaching and even as a sales rep for Tepe! They’re fun and funny and bring a much needed perspective to the most misunderstood of dental team positions!
