The Dental Podcast Directory is Proudly Made Possible By

Show Notes

Our guest for episode 81 needs no introduction. Dr. Rick Workman of Heartland Dental practically invented large group practices, and today you’re going to hear how! We start with Rick’s humble beginnings on the farm and move all the way to today’s modern DSO practices, and I think you’ll find the story pretty fascinating! Along the way you’ll hear:

• What is a “Dental Support Organization” or DSO?
• What do DSOs do and what don’t they do?
• Is a DSO practice right for you?
• How have DSOs changed the practice of dentistry and what will they look like in the future?

Join guest interviewer (and Brain Trust favorite) Dr. Tammy Bailey and Alan as we talk with Rick Workman about how group practice is done today!
